A multimodal hub that brings the coach terminal, ferries and tram together in one place — keeping the fishermen’s shelters and the coastal culture around them alive.

A commercial axis linking the Youth Centre to the Sports Club — with 11 shops, a market square, a playground and a residents’ courtyard, it becomes the heart of the neighbourhood.

2025 · FROM THE STREET TO A CYCLE OF LIFE

An eight-storey home for 38 households: food waste from the café becomes compost for the gardens, and what grows there goes back to the café.
